We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at CareTech Group. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people with learning disabilities, autism, and epilepsy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care and support to young people with complex needs
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and other professionals

Requirements:

  • Experience in a residential childcare environment (desirable)
  • Level 3 Children's and Young People qualification (or equivalent)
  • Ability to work unsociable hours, including evenings and weekends
