Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee project budgets, cost plans, and financial forecasts.
- Perform detailed measurement and valuation of ongoing works.
- Assess and negotiate contract conditions, including JCT and Design & Build (D&B) agreements.
- Ensure adherence to contractual commitments and manage variations.
- Conduct risk assessments, value management, and cost control throughout the construction phase.
- Deliver regular financial updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure effective project execution.
- Conduct feasibility assessments and cost-benefit analyses for projects.
