Located within the Coatbridge Locality, we seek motivated individuals who possess a proactive work ethic and are dedicated to delivering frontline services to our tenants. You will thrive in a team-oriented environment while fulfilling this diverse and rewarding role.

Your responsibilities will encompass maintaining the cleanliness and overall condition of the estate, which includes ensuring security, cleaning communal spaces, and keeping the area free from litter. Additionally, you will collaborate with your team to participate in community clean-up efforts and recycling initiatives.

Essential qualifications include experience in a security, caretaking, or cleaning role, along with a background in public interaction. You should be a collaborative team player with a proactive mindset, capable of working outdoors throughout the year, and possess the physical ability to perform manual handling and heavy lifting tasks. While a relevant qualification in housing, health and safety, or social work, as well as familiarity with CCTV systems, cleaning equipment, and cleaning agents are advantageous, comprehensive training will be provided. A valid driving license is preferred to facilitate estate management responsibilities.

The successful candidate will undergo a criminal conviction check through Disclosure Scotland.

WORK PATTERN-

The working schedule consists of a 5-day week, from Monday to Thursday, 08:00 – 16:15, and Friday, 08:00 – 14:30.
