Lead Software Engineering Team at Chroma Recruitment Ltd

Chroma Recruitment Ltd is seeking a seasoned Technical Architect and leader to join their forward-thinking organisation as the Head of Software Engineering. This is an excellent opportunity to drive forward the development of the company's technology platform and lead a talented software team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management
  • Technical Architecture and Strategy
  • Agile Methodologies and DevOps
  • Quality Assurance and Technical Roadmap

You will be responsible for managing the technical direction of the software team, ensuring the team's skill and knowledge are deployed effectively. A hands-on approach to coding is required, with experience in leading technical teams and driving innovation.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar leadership position
  • C#.NET skills, including.NET Core, ASP.NET, and VB.NET
  • SQL Database and Cloud Database experience

Desirable skills include Event Driven architecture, Serverless designs, Docker and Kubernetes, React, Angular, Flutter, and experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP. A willingness to be hands-on and lead by example is essential.
