We are seeking an ambitious Audit Senior to join our growing team at Pro-Finance, specializing in Public Sector clients. As an Audit Senior, you will play a key role in planning audits, identifying key risk areas, and implementing ideas for audit efficiency and improvement.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute audits for a portfolio of Public sector clients, identifying necessary resources and key risk areas.
- Implement ideas and suggest areas for audit efficiency and improvement, working closely with clients to offer information and relevant advice.
- Supervise audits and ensure timely completion of assignments, providing support in advisory and business planning arrangements.
- Manage trainee accountants and assist with their development, identifying new service lines opportunities for existing clients.
- Draft and complete files, including statutory financial statements and formal audit letters.
- ACA or ACCA Qualified or a Finalist.
- UK audit experience with a UK accountancy practice.
- Strong ability to build and develop relationships with both clients and team members.
- Ability to support more junior members of the team.
