Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming calls and coordinating a variety of work assignments.
  • Verifying job details to ensure all necessary information is collected.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers and clients.
  • Updating and logging regulatory information in real-time on our internal systems.
  • Providing prompt and flexible responses to operational challenges to uphold service delivery standards.

  • Experience in call handling and scheduling.
  • Proficient in using computerized database systems.
  • Familiarity with office operational systems.
