Compensation:
Starting salary of £23,504, increasing to £24,064 after 9 months, plus uncapped commission

Hourly Rate:
£12.05 per hour, rising to £12.34 per hour after 9 months

Work Schedule:
The department operates from 08:00 am to 06:00 pm, with no late evening shifts and only one weekend shift every three weeks.

Role Summary:
