Role Overview:
As an IT Compliance Specialist, you will be instrumental in sustaining and improving our certifications for various ISO standards, including 27001, 5001, 4001, and 9001.
Your proficiency will guarantee our adherence to industry regulations and standards, bolstering our continuous efforts in Data Protection and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
Compliance Projects:
Lead and engage in compliance initiatives related to Data Protection and CSR, promoting projects that align with our ethical and sustainability objectives.
Conduct regular internal evaluations, assessments, and reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory mandates and organizational policies.
Policy Development:
Formulate, execute, and oversee policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Training and Awareness:
Deliver training and support to personnel on compliance issues, fostering a culture of ongoing improvement and awareness.
Risk Management:
Identify, evaluate, and mitigate compliance risks throughout the organization.
Prepare and present compliance reports to senior leadership, emphasizing key insights and recommendations.
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT compliance management, with a concentration on ISO standards and regulatory adherence.
Skills:
Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 27001, 5001, 4001, and 9001 standards, along with experience in GDPR and CSR-related compliance initiatives.
Experience within the financial sector is highly advantageous.
Ability to operate independently in a remote environment, effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
