Bench Joiner

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bench Joiner / Operative to join our team at MDR Interiors. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and assisting with the use of woodworking machinery, including panels saws, planer, spindle moulder, and drill press.

• Operate or assist with the use of woodworking machinery to include panels saws, planer, spindle moulder, and drill press
• Use smaller machines for assembly work of cabinets and components
• Work as part of a team to achieve high-quality finishes in commercial interiors

• At least one year's experience working in joinery manufacturing
• Keen to learn and willing to work as part of a team
• Capable of using basic handheld power tools
• Eye for quality and pride in work
• High regard for own health and safety as well as others

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £14-£16 per hour, depending on experience. Hours of work are from 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional additional hours to meet client requirements or deadlines.
