We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Total Community Care Limited. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs in their own homes.
As a Complex Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in various areas, including tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care. You will work closely with our experienced nursing team to provide person-centered care and support to our clients.
What You'll NeedWhile previous care experience is not necessary, we are looking for individuals who possess a strong sense of care, compassion, and resilience. We provide full nurse-led training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.
