About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Performance Optimization Specialist to join our team at Sky UK. As a Senior Data Analyst - Customer Experience, you will play a key role in optimizing customer journeys and delivering business insights that drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Performance team to deliver insights strategy and support business initiatives.
  • Lead a small team in the timely completion and delivery of data requests from stakeholders.
  • Manipulate data from various insight tools to identify optimization opportunities in customer journeys.
  • Support tracking of KPIs and highlight significant changes in business performance or trends to stakeholders.
  • Proactively support deep dive insights and regular analysis to provide stakeholders with information for optimization, delivery, and strategy decisions.
Requirements
  • Experience in managing large data sets and previous experience with Adobe or Google Analytics, or an equivalent.
  • Demonstrable experience in telling stories and developing a narrative from data.
  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, Looker Studio, R, Python, or equivalents is essential.
