The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Breakfast Service Team Lead to lead our breakfast service team and ensure our guests start their day on a perfect note. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional breakfast experiences and contributing to the growth and success of our hospitality and events collection brand.

In this role, you will:

  • Continuously look to improve our standards and deliver world-class hospitality
  • Become an integral part of our existing food and beverage team with a desire to succeed in delivering our values
  • Use your upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities

To succeed in this busy role, you will need strong multitasking skills, excellent commercial awareness, and a real eye for detail. You will have experience in busy front-facing customer service environments, a hospitality background, and the ability to deal with customers in a professional manner.
