Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to support the refit proposition and programme for a well-known hotel brand, Aylesbury. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scoping, implementing, monitoring, evolving, and optimizing our hotels and bar cafes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Programme Management: Support the Head of Product with scoping, review, validation, development, and delivery of the refit programme, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  2. Project Planning: Own, manage, and communicate product project plans, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring execution.
  3. Commercial Evaluation: Work with Finance to evaluate the commercial benefit of new and existing proposition developments, identifying opportunities for growth.
  4. KPI Management: Identify, measure, and deliver against KPIs for each product or proposition project, driving business results.
  5. Brand Governance: Provide brand guardianship for hotel environment design, layout, and style, ensuring consistency across all properties.
  6. Performance Optimization: Monitor commercial KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement recommendations to maximize the commercial performance of the refit programme.
Requirements:
  1. Product Management Experience: Relevant experience in product management, with a good understanding of reviewing and improving product areas.
  2. Project Management Expertise: Strong project management skills, with the ability to work to critical paths and deadlines across multiple projects.
  3. Commercial Acumen: Strong customer focus and commercial acumen, with the ability to balance customer needs and commercial sense.
  4. Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and passion for the brand, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
