About the Role

As a Scrum Master Lead, you will act as a servant-leader and facilitator, supporting teams in their day-to-day operations and identifying training needs. You will also lead on the improvement of team performance and achievement of goals through coaching, mentoring, and training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a servant-leader and facilitator to support teams in the day-to-day operation of their lean-agile practices
  • Lead on the identification of training and development needs for the team and individual team members
  • Support teams or individuals to improve performance and achieve goals through training, coaching, and mentoring
  • Practical experience of servant-leadership in agile teams
  • Thorough knowledge of agile principles, practices, and methods, particularly Scrum

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong fundamental understanding of Agile principles and the application of Scrum. Experience of Agile Coaching or qualifications such as ICP-ATF, ICP-ACC, or ICE-AC is desirable.
