We are in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 Educator to join our team due to an expansion in staff.

This full-time role is pivotal in guiding the educational experiences of our young learners.

You will receive support from a dedicated Teaching Assistant (TA) in the classroom and collaborate closely with parents to ensure optimal outcomes for our students.

Our classes include children with SEN needs, and we provide comprehensive support to ensure all children flourish.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching Key Stage 1.
  • Strong proficiency in Reading, Writing, and Mathematics.
  • Experience with SEN and EHCP children is preferred.

Design and implement engaging and tailored lessons that address the diverse needs and abilities of all students in Key Stage 1, including those with SEN and EHCPs.


  • Regularly assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help each child reach their full potential and meet learning goals.
  • Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and other staff to cultivate an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and fosters a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians, offering updates on student progress and collaborating to support children's academic and social growth.
