We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Cameron Clarke Associates. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients
- Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance our culinary offerings
- Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff to ensure excellent service and quality
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with our events team to ensure seamless execution of culinary events and functions
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a chef or in a related culinary role
- Relevant culinary qualification, such as an NVQ or City & Guilds certification
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of international cuisines and menu planning
- Ability to wear a uniform and maintain a neat and tidy appearance
