Your Role
As a Room Supervisor, you will foster relationships with parents and children while supporting your team daily. You will serve as a role model and assist in implementing key person, health & safety, and safeguarding practices. Your responsibilities will include managing daily routines in your room, including naptimes, mealtimes, and creative activities. You will fairly delegate tasks within your room and collaborate with the Management Team in your nursery. We are committed to helping you advance in your career and become your best self.

Your Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of child development from birth to age 5 and the EYFS curriculum
- Familiarity with extracurricular activities, such as STEM, phonics, Makaton, and yoga
- A level 2 qualification in Childcare, with active pursuit of a level 3 or already possessing it
- Minimum grade 4 or grade C in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent)
- Best practices for key person systems, safeguarding, health & safety, and confidentiality
