Key Responsibilities:

  • Landowner Advocacy: Serve as a trusted advisor to landowners, ensuring their interests are prioritized throughout the renewable energy project lifecycle.
  • Negotiation Expertise: Facilitate negotiations with developers, providing insights on terms and delivering recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborative Approach: Partner with colleagues, legal advisors, accountants, and other professionals to deliver comprehensive advice to clients.
  • Site Evaluations: Conduct nationwide site visits to assess locations, foster client relationships, and engage with developers.
  • Effective Communication: Maintain professional relationships with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring progress in negotiations.
