Page Personnel Sales is a leading recruitment agency that specializes in placing top talent in various industries. We are currently working with a prominent retail manufacturing company based in Central London who are seeking a temporary Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team.

Job Responsibilities

The main responsibilities for the Accounts Payable role will be:

  • Manage and process invoices in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files related to accounts payable, utilizing financial software and systems.
  • Provide support to the wider finance team as required, including assisting with financial reporting and analysis.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive financial information.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • 2 years+ of experience working in Accounts Payable, with a strong understanding of financial software and systems.
  • Strong IT skills, including experience with SAP and other financial management tools.
