Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Shark Club LTD. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall efficient and effective management of the bar, restaurant, and conference under your control, providing a quality service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: To be responsible for the overall efficient and effective management of the bar, restaurant, and conference under your control, providing a quality service to our guests.
  • Resource Management: To ensure the efficient and economic use of all resources, including stock, team members, and company assets.
  • Team Management: To lead a team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in all areas of the F&B operation, including bar, restaurant, conference, and banqueting.
  • Event Management: To work events at the venue to ensure the highest standard of service.
  • Communication: To work alongside the F&B Managers, venue departments, and relevant external contractors to co-ordinate events for our clients.
  • Reporting: Daily use and reporting on the Micros system.
  • Inventory Management: To ensure stock levels are maintained in line with the forth-coming events calendar.
  • Staff Management: To manage staff and casual recruitment, training, motivation, delegation, and discipline.
  • Compliance: To ensure compliance to health & safety and food hygiene regulations and ensure all relevant legislation is adhered to.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Any other reasonable duties as assigned by the F&B Manager.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years experience of working in a similar environment, ideally within the entertainment/leisure industry.
  • Knowledge: Have knowledge and understanding of current Health & Safety Regulations.
  • Initiative: Be able to work under own initiative, planning the departments work to ensure deadlines are achieved.
  • Availability: Availability to work evenings and weekends.
