Job Title: Stockroom Retail Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Stockroom Retail Assistant. As a key member of our stockroom team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient working environment, ensuring accurate inventory management, and supporting the sales floor team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a well-organized stockroom, ensuring easy access to products and minimizing stock damage and loss.
  • Transfer stock between the stockroom and sales floor, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  • Receive, receipt, unpack, and organize new deliveries, ensuring they are properly stored and ready for sale.
  • Support the sales floor team by providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, maintain a positive work environment, and promote a culture of inclusivity and diversity.
