About the Role:

The Mechanical Inspector will be responsible for ensuring the quality of company products by conducting thorough inspections to verify compliance with defined standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct meticulous examinations of mechanical components and assemblies to detect defects and verify dimensions and tolerances.
  • Perform tests to assess product performance and durability, and maintain detailed records of inspections.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address quality issues and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in inspection techniques and tools to continuously improve inspection processes.

Requirements:

  • Formal technical engineering/craft apprenticeship to NVQ Level 3/TR23/TR21 is essential for this role.
  • Proven planning and organizing skills, with the ability to be flexible and adaptable.
