Job Title: Service Lead for Supported Living

Domus Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Lead for Supported Living to join our team in Cambridgeshire. As a Service Lead, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated staff team within a supported living service for adults with Learning Disabilities, Physical disabilities, and Autism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct the day-to-day operational management of the home, ensuring effective use of resources to provide a high-quality service.
  • Ensure all staff receive regular supervision, in accordance with client policy.
  • Work closely with the Service Development Team to select and assess potential new residents, and facilitate their transition into the home if appropriate.
  • Develop and maintain dynamic support plans for service users, involving them as much as possible, and taking into account their needs and aspirations.
  • Ensure the home operates in accordance with statutory requirements, using the National Minimum Standards as a benchmark for good practice.
  • Lead risk analysis within the home, ensuring appropriate assessments and plans are in place to minimize risk.
  • Maintain the health and well-being of residents, and support Senior Managers with Contract Monitoring processes.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience at management level is essential.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Confidence to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for working with vulnerable adults.
  • Commitment to achieving high standards of safeguarding.
