About the Role

Talent Guardian is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Operative to join our team in Christchurch, Dorset. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to all stages of the manufacturing process, including heavy lifting, packing, and dispatching.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment to meet targets regarding quality and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain a strong attention to detail across all work stations.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and health and safety guidelines.
Requirements
  • Excellent track record of time keeping and attendance.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 18kg stock.
  • Manufacturing, warehouse, production, or picking and packing background.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced organisation and working towards targets.
  • Full clean UK driving license due to location and limited access to public transport.
