Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leisure Club Assistant to join our team at Hilton Grand Vacations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, and contributing to the overall success of our Leisure Club.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a consistently high standard of customer service to all club members and owners, making them feel welcomed and valued.
  • Handle enquiries for new memberships, including setting up appointments to view the facilities.
  • Organize and execute children's activities during school holidays.
  • Perform reception/admin tasks, including water testing and pool plant duties to ensure the highest standards of water quality and safety.
  • Merchandise products to increase sales.
  • Manage spa bookings and take payments.
  • Comply with cleaning schedules to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness.
  • Report lost property, accidents, maintenance issues, or other incidents.
  • Be proactive in ensuring all members and guests are acknowledged in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Ensure member and guest access to towels and consumables is uninterrupted.
  • Deal with any member problems effectively and refer any which you cannot resolve to your supervisor.
  • Demonstrate an awareness of customer priorities and anticipate needs.
  • Action all guest requests in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Be aware of company policy and legal requirements that affect your role and always respect the privacy of our members and guests.
  • Ensure your activity always considers the health and safety of members and colleagues and that appropriate warning signs are visible where you are working.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working as part of a team.
  • Pool Attendant/Responder/Lifeguard.
  • First Aid at Work.
  • Pool Plant Experience.
