About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Multi Trade Engineer with an Electrical bias to join our Maintenance team at Berrywood Hospital in Northampton.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a call-out rota. As a Multi Trade Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting PPM and reactive maintenance across the site, working closely with the on-site team to ensure compliance with health and safety policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct PPM and reactive maintenance tasks as required
  • Work with the on-site team to ensure KFM Health & Safety policies are adhered to
  • Maintain all M&E/Building Fabric PPM & reactive activities in accordance with KFS quality management system
  • Carry out site/work inspections for quality and compliance
Requirements
  • Experience as a maintenance engineer with an Electrical bias
  • Experience conducting commercial PPM's and reactive maintenance tasks
  • Experience working alongside subcontractors and clients
