Position Title: Class 1 Operator

Location: Telford
Shifts: Start times vary between 22:00 - 02:00 & 09:00 - 18:00
Compensation: Weekday AM shifts £15.50 PAYE (£17.37 including holiday)
Weekday PM shifts £16.50 PAYE (£18.49 including holiday).
Saturday AM £18.50 PAYE (£20.73 including holiday).
Saturday PM £19.50 PAYE (£21.85 including holiday).
Sunday AM £19.50 PAYE (£21.85 including holiday).
Sunday PM £20.50 PAYE (£22.97 including holiday).

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Transporting goods to various retail locations across the UK
  • Communicating with depot managers and traffic control
  • Conducting pre-trip vehicle inspections
  • Handling palletized goods, which requires manual labor.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication abilities
  • Valid UK Driving License with a maximum of 6 points for minor infractions
  • Driver's Card
  • CPC certification
  • Minimum of 60 days experience as a Class 1 Operator within the last 6 months
  • Must be available for weekend shifts for ongoing work.
