Job Title: Academic and Communities Marketing Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Specialist to join our team at Allen Recruitment. As an Academic and Communities Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for building and executing integrated marketing programmes that drive pipeline growth and deliver tangible ACV to fuel the continued success of our clients ERP software in the UKI region.

About the Company:

Our client is a leading on-demand financial management and human capital management software vendor based in the UK. They are looking for a talented Marketing Specialist to help them achieve their business objectives in the UKI region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use data insights to inform decision-making and execute high-quality campaigns and events for a market segment aligned closely with the overall marketing and business objectives for the UK & Ireland.
  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, encompassing but not exclusively events, digital, outbound sales, and social.
  • Seamlessly deliver marketing initiatives, executed within budget, logistics, timelines & vendor management.
  • Track and report on performance of the marketing activities against KPI's and ROI to maximise impact, engagement and future planning.
  • Collaborate with the partner and channel ecosystem, creating co-marketing programmes.
  • Be responsible for communications with sales team on Marketing activity.

Requirements:

  • 2-6 years of experience in developing and executing field-based demand generation campaigns including events, digital, outbound sales and social.
