We provide a diverse array of vocational courses, such as Hair and Beauty and Construction, designed to equip students with essential skills for further education and career advancement.

Position Overview: As a Youth Worker, your contribution will be vital in assisting both students and educators. You will be tasked with delivering personalized support and interventions, ensuring that each student feels valued and motivated. Your ability to connect with young people and address their unique needs will be instrumental in helping them overcome obstacles to learning and achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide empathetic support to students who have faced challenges in mainstream education.
  • Assist educators in delivering various vocational subjects, ensuring student engagement and support.
  • Offer tailored 1-1 support and interventions to meet individual student needs.
  • Encourage a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel secure and inspired.
  • Collaborate with the broader team to monitor and assess student progress.
