Key Responsibilities- Develop and define our overall request fulfillment and provisioning of technology services within End User Services.
- Manage the Automated Technology on-boarding process, working across technology teams to ensure correct services are provisioned and appropriate communications are provided.
- Manage the overall lifecycle for on-boarding of employees, including the termination process.
- Drive productivity savings within End User Services through automation and simplification of how services can be requested, with a focus on automation-first and improving end-user experience.
- Manage and partner cross-functionally to ensure new services are incepted on Day 1 conform to our on-boarding principles.
- Manage the End User Services central Technology portal to support all employees globally with information on how to use technology, FAQs, user guides, etc.
- Strategic planning across the team to identify priorities, workslate activities, target delivery, and providing necessary resources/support to ensure delivery on-time.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills to build a cohesive team capable of succession to more senior roles.
- Experience in operational management and driving multiple teams in event of errors.
- Experience working in Financial Services or a large complex environment managing global teams.
- Appreciation of and ability to work in matrix environments and partner with virtual teams.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiatives.
- Strong people management skills, with the ability to manage/lead complex efforts across multiple teams.
- Must possess a strong understanding of risk and regulatory processes and be able to appropriately assess compliance risk when business decisions are made.
- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
