Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Safety and CDM Consultant to join our team at The Health & Safety Partnership. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality safety services to our clients across the UK and internationally.

Based in London, you will work closely with our clients to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel. Your expertise in construction safety and CDM regulations will be invaluable in helping us to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective safety strategies to minimize risks and ensure compliance with CDM regulations
  • Conduct site visits to monitor safety performance and provide guidance to clients and contractors
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and address safety concerns and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance safety awareness and knowledge among clients and contractors

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction safety and CDM regulations
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
