About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand and Packaging Designer to join our team at Reccreate. As a senior designer, you will be responsible for leading the design of our packaging and branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective branding and packaging strategies that align with our company's goals and values.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and quality across all touchpoints.
  • Design and develop packaging and branding materials, including labels, packaging, and marketing collateral.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in branding and packaging design.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers to help them grow and develop their skills.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a senior designer in a branding and packaging role.
  • Strong portfolio that showcases your conceptual thinking and design skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
