### Job Title: Relief Support Worker

#### About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Relief Support Worker. As a Relief Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centred support to individuals in our care. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and experienced team within one of our services in the Liverpool area.

#### Key Responsibilities

* Assist with daily chores such as cooking and cleaning
* Administer medication
* Manual handling
* Personal care
* Checking in on the individuals we support
* Necessary administrative tasks
* Dealing with some minor challenging behaviours

#### What We Need From You

* You will be given all the training and support needed to help you become the best Support Worker possible
* A basic IT ability is required, as you will be using a digital app called Nourish
* Experience of using a digital or mobile app would be desirable, but full training will be given

#### What We Offer

* £11.75 per hour (plus an additional 12.07% rolled up holiday pay)

#### Important Information

* This role will include elements of weekend and bank holiday work, so flexibility is desirable
