Commercial Gas Engineer Opportunity

Salary: £35,000 - £43,000 + Company Vehicle + Fuel Card + Overtime (up to double rate) + Holiday bank holidays + Birthday off) + Extensive Healthcare & Wellbeing package

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of electrical and mechanical service maintenance contracts for large commercial clients.

With a focus on commercial gas projects, you will work on all aspects of domestic and commercial projects from installation to maintenance in the Newcastle area. You will have opportunities to increase your earnings through call-outs on a 1 in 4 week rota, with overtime rates applied accordingly.

As a Commercial Gas Engineer, you will have access to extensive training and upskilling opportunities, including electrical and mechanical training.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the facilities management team in delivering electrical and mechanical service maintenance contracts
  • Working on commercial gas projects from installation to maintenance
  • Increasing earnings through call-outs and overtime
  • Participating in training and upskilling opportunities

Requirements:

  • Gas Safe qualification on a range of commercial and industrial equipment
  • Experience working in the commercial gas sector supporting the facilities management industry
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of commercial gas systems
