- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff to promote professional development and excellence in care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Registered Nurse with a proven track record in paediatric care.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of paediatric nursing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
