Join Our Team as a Trainee Bus Driver

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Bus Driver at our Thurmaston depot. As a Trainee Bus Driver, you will play a vital role in connecting our customers to what matters to them, building relationships, and making a positive impact on the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a bus safely and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all passengers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Must be over 18 years of age.
  • Have been driving for a minimum of 6 months.
  • No more than 6 points on your licence.
  • Will need to undergo a drug and alcohol test before your assessment.
  • Great people skills and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings and late evenings.
