We're on the hunt for talented individuals to join our Back of House team in Banbury Castle Quays

The role of a Back of House Nandoca is all about delivering exceptional food quality and service to our guests. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking our famous PERi-PERi meals to the highest standards.

As a Back of House Team Member, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You'll work closely with our experienced team to ensure that every guest leaves feeling valued and satisfied.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and cooking food to Nando's high standards
  • Setting up, maintaining, and closing down a clean and safe workstation
  • Handling deep cleaning tasks to ensure our kitchen meets the highest hygiene standards
  • Following all fire safety, health and safety, food hygiene, and restaurant security measures
