Software Development Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Manager to lead our dynamic team of software developers and oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of innovative software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of software developers and oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of software solutions.
  • Have previous experience of leading software development teams and managing the full software development lifecycle.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of C#,.NET Framework, JavaScript frameworks, and associated technologies and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, design principles, and best practices.
  • Excellent staff management and leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing development teams using AGILE methodologies.
  • Experience in leading test automation in CI/CD environments and ensuring alignment with project objectives and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Significant demonstrable experience of managing development teams using AGILE methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, design principles, and best practices.
  • Excellent staff management and leadership skills.
  • Experience in leading test automation in CI/CD environments.
  • Expertise in the Software Development Lifecycle.
