Job Opportunity: Resident Maintenance Engineer

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled Resident Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Invictus Group. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to work at a healthcare site in Guildford, Surrey.

Job Role:

We are looking for a technically strong and fault-finding skilled engineer who is eager to work in a demanding yet rewarding environment. As a Resident Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing and reactive repairs to electrical and mechanical plant and building services. Additionally, you will assist other trades as directed by the operations supervisor.

Duties:
  • Perform PPMs (Predictive Maintenance) to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Carry out FCUs (Fault Current Units) and emergency lighting testing
  • Conduct fire alarm testing and UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) maintenance
  • Assist with BMS (Building Management System) and generator maintenance
  • Perform 3 Phase power supply and AHU (Air Handling Unit) maintenance
  • Conduct water treatment and other related tasks
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in building maintenance
  • City & Guilds level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
  • 18th edition certification
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a clean full UK driving license
