- Technical and Commercial Expertise: Provide technical and commercial support for diesel engine projects, ensuring that all specifications and requirements are met. This includes understanding the intricacies of diesel engine technology and balancing cost-effectiveness with quality.
- Budget Management: Develop, manage, and oversee project budgets, ensuring that all financial resources are allocated effectively and projects are delivered within budget constraints.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement continuous improvement policies across all projects, focusing on enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving overall project outcomes. This may include adopting new technologies, refining processes, and training staff.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related stakeholders, including suppliers, engineers, and upper management. Ensure that all parties are aligned on project goals and deliverables.
