We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Housekeeper at Renaissance Care.

About the Role:

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency throughout our care home. This will involve coordinating and supervising the domestic and laundry staff team, ensuring that all areas of the care home are clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency throughout the care home
  • Coordinate and supervise the domestic and laundry staff team
  • Monitor staff practice and participate in all aspects of domestic duties
  • Ensure compliance with COSHH, HACCP, and infection control procedures
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and residents

Requirements:

We are looking for an individual with previous experience in a similar role or sector, who is able to demonstrate an understanding of COSHH, HACCP, and infection control procedures. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively and work well as part of a team, as well as having the confidence to work autonomously.
