What We Offer:

Your Journey:

As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will begin with two weeks of intensive training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre. You will receive industry-leading training, led by our experts, and enjoy a fully-paid hotel stay and meals during your training.

Your Impact:

  • Market properties to potential tenants or home owners
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers
  • Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and more
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
