Senior Site Engineer Opportunity

Fawkes and Reece is seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Engineer to lead our civil engineering projects in Kent and East Sussex.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in delivering civil engineering projects, with a strong background in highways and bridges, section 278 development infrastructure, and other core sectors.

As a Senior Site Engineer, you will assist the Site Agent in the successful and timely delivery of projects, advising the engineering team on technical challenges, managing designs, and supporting the project team with construction methodology and sequencing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance to the engineering team
  • Assist in the production and integration of 3-week programmes
  • Manage designs from in-house and external designers
  • Support the project team with construction methodology and sequencing
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in civil engineering project delivery
  • Strong technical knowledge of highways and bridges, section 278 development infrastructure, and other core sectors
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the project team
