Job Description

**Event Sales Coordinator**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Event Sales Coordinator to join our team at Linear. As an Event Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning, organizing, and executing events that exceed our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Events Sales Manager in planning and executing events, including coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Support the sales team in generating leads, preparing proposals, and closing deals.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Assist in post-event evaluations, gathering feedback, and implementing improvements.
  • Participate in marketing activities to promote upcoming events.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or events is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales support is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a sales-oriented role.
  • A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
