The Shared Services Partnership is dedicated to providing residential support for at-risk children and adolescents, assisting them in overcoming past traumas that may have led to emotional and psychological challenges.

We are currently seeking Independent Regulation 44 Visitors to become part of our dedicated team. With substantial experience in child welfare, you will conduct visits to our Children's Residential Care Facilities, evaluating the operational practices of the home and its staff. Your role will involve ensuring that the team prioritizes the well-being and safety of children, while also addressing their specific care requirements. You will review relevant documentation concerning care delivery and home administration (including staffing and training records).

When necessary, you will offer guidance and suggestions on best practices and potential enhancements in care standards and operational efficiency.

Each visit typically lasts around three hours, after which you will be responsible for compiling a comprehensive report that assesses the quality of care, staff behavior, and the daily management of the facility. The outcomes of each visit will be evaluated against the National Minimum Standards for Children's Homes.

This role presents a meaningful opportunity to positively impact the lives of vulnerable children and young individuals in care.

We are currently in search of visitors for various facilities. A visitor may be assigned to evaluate multiple homes each month.
