We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Communications and Campaigns Manager to join our team at Yolk Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our Public Sector and Not-for-Profit team, you will play a central role in helping design, develop, and deliver a refreshed brand and communications strategy.

About the Role

You will be part of a small and multi-skilled team of communications professionals who cover external communications, internal communications, and lead on the Welsh language strategy for the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Communications and Campaigns Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting and working with the overall programme team delivering the visitor levy
  • Working with wider Welsh Government departments and other partners to create a joined-up communications approach
  • Developing a strong employer brand, considering the best approaches to use communications to support the recruitment strategy aimed at attracting the best talent
  • Overseeing the approach for multiple communications channels - existing and new - championing digital, bilingual, and accessible content
  • Deputising for the Head of Communications, supporting Tîm Arwain, Board, and wider teams

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in communications and campaign planning
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the team and wider stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £43,785, plus a generous employer contribution to the Civil Service pension scheme. You will also receive 31 days annual leave, plus 2 privilege days, and a range of other benefits including hybrid and flexible working, cycle to work scheme, and season ticket loans.
