Job Title: Mechanical Assembly Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembly Technician to join our team at React Recruitment Ltd. As a Mechanical Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assisting with the manufacture of machinery and ensuring the highest quality of work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the building and commissioning of factory machinery
  • Assemble, install, and fit mechanical components
  • Read engineering drawings and possess a high standard of work
  • Have good general hands-on mechanical skills, including drilling, cutting, and component assembly
  • Understand basic control systems, including pneumatic and hydraulic systems

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license
  • Ability to travel to customer premises for installations
  • 39 hour basic working week
  • Salary: From £35,000 pa + overtime paid at time and a half
  • Night out money
  • Benefits: 31 days leave, OT at time and a half, pension, and sick scheme
