About the Role

Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Pharmacy Technician to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical support to pharmacists and other healthcare professionals in the delivery of patient care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Assist in the management of medication supplies, including ordering, receiving, and storing medications.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.

Requirements

  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) as a Pharmacy Technician.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations.
