Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a positive role model to promote Grandir UK's values and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all children, staff, and parents.
  • Supervise and support children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Contribute to maintaining an attractive and engaging environment that promotes learning and development.
  • Prepare and supervise activities under the guidance of Level 3 qualified Practitioners, ensuring they meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Read, understand, and implement all company policies, procedures, and operational practices, ensuring compliance and adherence to required timescales.
  • Ensure practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage, promoting high-quality care and education.
  • Notify your line manager of any concerns or issues regarding company policies, procedures, and operational practices.
  • Maintain confidentiality, where appropriate, and ensure a positive attitude at all times with children, parents, visitors, and work colleagues.
  • Attend regular staff meetings, planning meetings, and undertake training as required.
