Ornua is actively seeking a Human Resources Strategic Partner to enhance our HR department as we pursue our growth objectives. The HRSP will provide specialized support to site leaders and team members, offering HR guidance, coaching, and advice aimed at improving employee experience and organizational performance.

Role Significance:

The HRSP will be responsible for:

Establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders to assess how the HR function can address business needs and drive enhancements. Executing the HR strategy for the business in alignment with the overall business strategy and local plans, in close collaboration with key stakeholders and client groups. Partnering with client groups to ensure exceptional service and solutions throughout the entire employee lifecycle. Providing expert and proactive guidance to line management on people-related issues and supporting leaders with effective solutions. Collaborating with HR Centres of Expertise and People Services teams to ensure best practice service delivery. Being an integral member of the site leadership team and the OIE HR team. Ensuring that external services to the business are effectively managed and provide value (Occupational Health, physiotherapy, etc.). Identifying opportunities to enhance HR effectiveness and efficiency through policies, practices, and approaches in cooperation with other HR colleagues and functions.

Qualifications and Experience:

CIPD qualified Previous experience in business partnering Comprehensive HR generalist experience across the entire lifecycle, including employee relations and organizational change, ideally within a shared service model Strong expertise in employee relations and thorough knowledge of employment law. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with HRIS, particularly Success Factors HRIS, is desirable.
